since reading side effects of celestial seasonings tea I am a little nervous of taking it on a regular basis. My sleep pattern isn`t good. I wake a lot in the night and tense up, for no reason I can think of. I am a married woman of 72 years, no family problems. I do suffer from Bronchiectasis which may be part of the problem but this is successfully treated with chinese herbs by a qualified chinese doctor. I find the tea works really well but reading that in rare cases one of the ingredients, tilia flowers can, be related to cardiac problems I would like to know for sure how safe it is to take this on a regular basis.
