Materia Medica for Bone Pain
Single Herb Drink a cup of Fennel tea everyday. It is a natural analgesic.
Eat Arnica Capsules.
OR: Apply Arnica creams on the affected area.
Prepare an infusion of the dried herb. Drink 2 cups a day.
OR : Eat Catnip Extract capsules.
Prepare a tea of dried herb. Drink thrice a day. Chamomile is an analgesic. It will give you relief from the Bone Pain.
Prepare an infusion from dried leaves, Flower and stems. Drink twice a day.

Rub John's Wort oil on the affected area.
