Yes Vicky. They may take it. It really is good against Diabetes. For high Bp, you may suggest them to take Giloy. It's homeopathic name is Tinospora Cordifolia. First, try with 5-6 drops of this tincture in a cup of water daily for a week. Then the dose might be increased to 10 or 12. Keep a note of the Bp levels. This is very important. So that the dosage of the Herb may be adjusted as per the readings.

Check for compatibility with the Sideritis plant, which is what it is.

I felt sick, almost nauseous, for a few moments, after drinking Mountain Tea which was made with Lemon Balm and Caraway Fruit. (Traditional Medicinals brand). Then I because disoriented and did not respond to someone speaking to me. I went to the hospital ER, where they did all kinds of tests — CT scan of my brain, EKG, blood tests. But they found nothing. It’s scary not knowing what caused me to become suddenly ill.
