Lotus Stem is the underwater stem of Lotus ( Nelumbo Nucifera ) and commonly knows as Kamal Kakdi. It can be eaten as raw in the form of salads or cooked as a meal. Lotus Stem contains calcium which helps in the maintenance and repairment of the bones and teeth.

Paul. For Depression, I would suggest that you take Mucuna Pruriens capsule, one every day for one month. And for high Blood Pressure, take Giloy tincture. 5 drops added to a glass of water for a month.

generally kamal kakri starts becoming pink after one or two days. The taste also changes. How to keep it fresh ?
