I am looking for a homeopathic way to heal my organs to remove diabetes from my life, loose 50lbs (mostly belly fat), gain energy and be healthy.
I have been overweight for the last 30 years of my life and have many sources of stress in my life.
I read the posting of a person having Diabetes and using
Tinospora cordifolia, 10 drops morning and evening with ? glass of water for 1 month
Gymnea sylvestre, 10 drops before every major meal

Is this what you would recommend to help heal my body so I can matabolize food properly, loose this belly fat, and be healthy?

Can you refer me to where I can purchase these or other recommended herbs and how to prepare same if needed.

I live near Salt Lake City, Utah in North America.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

You need to carry out an experiment . Take Metformin 500 mg, one tablet in the morning after breakfast. Then monitor your blood sugar after an hour. Please make sure that you check your blood sugar thrice in a day. Then take Gymnema sylvestre tinctuere, 5 drops added to a glass of water.
Check your sugar readings. If you see the level of sugar decreases, then you may reduce the dosage of Metformin, if not then Jarul herb can also be taken once everyday. Then finally, you can remove the Metformin completely and only take herbs.
Note, I will recommend Tinospora Cordifolia, only if you do not suffer from Low Blood Pressure. If yes, then do not take it at all. This herb is known to reduce the blood pressure. Read the Metabolism page given on this website, I am sharing the link with you---- https://herbpathy.com/Metabolism--Vid29
