Cat Tail Plant for Bed Sores
Make powder of dried Cat Tail Plant leaves. Sprinkle on bed sores or ulcers as often as required, to keep it dry.
Make fine paste of the Cat Tail Plant leaves. Add a small quantity of Slaked lime in it. Apply locally.
Cat Tail Plant for Insect Bite
Make fine paste of Cat Tail Plant leaves. Add a small quantity of Slaked lime in it. Apply locally.
Make infusion of Cat Tail Plant leaves. Take 1-2 teaspoonful for 3 days.
Caution : Excess intake may cause vomiting.
Cat Tail Plant for Veneral Sores
Make fine paste of Cat Tail Plant leaves. Apply it, locally.
Make infusion of Cat Tail Plant leaves. Take 1-2 teaspoonful for 3 days.

OR : Make fine powder of the dried leaves. Take quarter teaspoon with lukewarm water.

Cat Tail Plant for Skin
Make fine paste of Cat Tail Plant leaves. Add one teaspoonful of salt in it. Apply on the affected part.
Apply juice of Cat Tail Plant leaves on the affected area.
Cat Tail Plant as Analgesic
Boil leaves of Cat Tail Plant with Sesame oil. Use it for massage over painful areas.
Grind leaves of Cat Tail Plant with salt to make paste. Apply it over infected Skin.
Make paste of Cat Tail Plant's leave by adding some lime juice in it. Apply it over painful joints.
Cat Tail Plant as an Anthelmintic
Sprinkle dried leaf powder externally over Ulcers.
Boil 30 grams of dried Cat Tail Plant herb in 3 cups of water till it reduces to one glass of water. Strain it and drink half cup of it per day.

Take equal quantities of the roots of below given plants:
Boerhavia Diffusa ( Punarnava ), Bitter Gourd ( Karela ), Achyranthes Aspera ( Apamarga ), Pergularia Daemia ( Utaran ), Wood Apple ( Kaitha ), Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch ), Garlic ( Lehsun ), Terminalia Chebula ( Harad ), Long Pepper ( Pippali ), Sweet Flag ( Ghorvach ), Cat Tail Plant ( Kuppikhokli ). Add Azadirachta Indica ( Neem ) bark. Grind them. Boil them properly with Sesame Oil ( Til Ka Tel ). Apply it on the affected part.

Take equal quantity juices of Cat Tail Plant, Basil leaves and Castor oil.
Boil them until it become thick.
Cool and preserve it in container.
Take 2 teaspoonful with hot milk at bed time.

Take the leaf juice of Cat Tail Plant. Add some Azadirachta Indica oil in it. Apply it with a cotton bud on the root of the tongue.

Add half tsp Azadirachta Indica ( Neem ) oil in 1 tsp leave juice of Cat Tail Plant. Apply it over Uvula.
