When the Salivary Glands are unable to work properly and produce less Saliva it is called as Dry Mouth.
Saliva is a watery substance in the mouth released by Salivary Glands. It helps in the digestion of starch.

Materia Medica for Dry Mouth
Single Herb Soak some pieces of the root bark of Swamp Pea in water contained in an earthen pot. Drink this water frequently.
Cayenne ( Lal Mirch in India ) improves circulation and enhances the saliva production. It hydrates the mouth.
Add a pinch of Cayenne ( Lal Mirch in India ) powder in soups and salads.
ORPress a little bit of Cayenne ( Lal Mirch in India ) on wet finger. Rub the finger around the tongue.
Note : Cayenne ( Lal Mirch in India ) may cause burning sensation.
Chew 2 Areca Nut seeds once a day.
OR
Burn 4-5 Areca Nuts to charcoal with Cardamom. Grind them. Sprinkle it, at the mouth wherever the skin is peeling off from.
