Dear Prema
Have you tried Swasari Pravahi? Have 1 tablespoon in half a glass of warm water. Have it once in a day. Take it for 1 week only. You may get it from any patanjali store.
Also try the following.
Add all the ingredients in a pan and heat for 5 min on low flames. Take 1 tablespoon of Turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper and half a tablespoon of clarified butter. Store it and have 1 teaspoon every day before going to bed. Take it a glass of warm water. Do not take milk for 1 week. Try these and see the results.
