Side Effects, Risk Factors of, and Cautions for Rhamnus Frangula

Avoid its use for more than 8 days, as it may decrease the Potassium level and causes Heart Problems, Stomach Problems, Weak Muscles, Blood Problems and Bloody Urine.
Use of fresh bark may cause Vomiting. Use bark only when it is at least a year old.
Avoid Rhamnus Frangula if you are having Diarrhea, it may cause worst conditions.
It may cause Abdominal Pain, Cramps, Crohn's disease, Colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

No. I do not think there is any relationship between the two.
For anemia, the best herbs are Carrot, Plum, Spirulina, Turkey Berry, Beetroot, Pomegranate, Raisins ( soaked in the night)
