Thanks for replying me. I sometimes feel a dull pain on my right abdomen, it comes and goes, I feel bloated most times and i dont stool always. I want treat appendicitis naturally but i am also trying to get pregnant. I like to know if any of this treatment is ok for me?

There is no short cut to reduce body fat. Belly around fat is a result of extra calories that our body fails to burn or when we eat a lot and did not do any physical exercise to burn that fat. But here is the regimen that may help you to reduce the body fat. It will also help you to make your body fit and healthy. Follow it on a serious note.
1. Have 1 tablespoon of Indian Gooseberry juice in a glass of warm water. take it for at least 3 months. It is also good for hair and skin.
2. take a handful leaves of Carrot, Beetroot, Spinach, Celery and Green Coriander. Have 1 glass of green leaf juice every day in the morning and evening. Take it for 15 days only, it will detoxify your body.

3. Always have a good and healthy breakfast before 9:00 am. Have a good and healthy lunch and include vegetables, brown rice and curd. Have a bowl of fruit or vegetable salad between 4 to 5 in the evening. Always a light dinner. Bad eating habits are one of the cause for Obesity.
4. Avoid fatty and oily foods, Refined foods, white bread, white rice, white salt and sugar and all purpose flour.
5. Have 2 glass of lemon water in a day.
6. Go for regular exercise and do yoga daily. Herbs alone is not the solution. You need to work out and let your body sweat. It will help to improve the blood circulation in your body and also make your organs healthy.
