C.S. Ramasamy. The herbs for knee pain, in fact for all your bones is-- Hadjod ( Winged Tree Wine ) . Take one capsule every day for one month. Massage your knee joints regularly with warm castor oil. After one month, you may try Boneset capsules, daily for one month.
You can write again after 2 months and share the feedback, it might help someone. My grandmother had so much pain in her knees that she was not even able to walk. She took Hadjod, Night Jasmine,Garlic.

Hi latcha kottai keeraiis used for knee pain.
I remember my grandmother used it. She did not take internally but used externally.
She laid the leaves on a heavy cotton cloth, heated a half brick in a charcoal stove(hot enough to burn the leaf to bring out the juice from the leaves) and used as hot pack on her knee and back.
We saw the results.
