This herb was listed as a possible help with teenage depression/ teenagers with weight problems and for those who want to reduce cravings and encourage better eating habits.
The above indications do not list it as such.
Is there anyone who know more about this herbs possible benefits?
Looking for something to help allieviate my teenagers depression.

You are getting confused between the Herbs Indian Snakeroot and Indian Snake wood. The Herb which is used to cure Deprssion, Insomnia, Anxiety, High Bp is Indian Snakeroot ( Sarpagandha in Hindi ). And this Herb, which you are talking about, is Indian Snakewood is used to cure diseases which have been listed in this Herb , in cures section.
