Description
Chordee is a disease of the Penis.
The head of the penis curves downward or upward, at the junction of the head and the shaft of the penis.
The curvature is usually most obvious during erection.
Chordee may be associated with Hypospadias.
This is not Peyronie's disease.
In Peyronie's disease, curvature of the shaft of the penis is due to an injury during adult life.
Causes of Chordee
It is a congenital Disease ( By Birth )
If not treated Properly, Chordee may cause
Hypospadias
Differential Diagnosis : In Peyronie's disease the Penis turns upward due to the formation of a band of the scar tissues. The band forms at the base of glans.
