Is Cold a disease?

Common Cold has affected mankind for ages. It affects all men and women, nobody remains untouched. Children being most frequent sufferers. It affects the upper respiratory tract. Oranges contain antioxidant properties. They are rich source of Vitamin C. Eating an orange a day or drinking one glass of orange juice daily will boost the immunity.
