Common Cold has affected mankind for ages. It affects all men and women, nobody remains untouched. Children being most frequent sufferers. It affects the upper respiratory tract. Its symptoms include a runny nose, sore throat, body ache, coughing and sneezing. These are often misunderstood as diseases. These are not disease but symptoms of Cold. Cold symptoms begin with a sudden exposure of body to changed temperatures. Imagine a person comes home and is sweating due to outside heat, suddenly exposes his body to the cold drought of AC. Within minutes, he catches Cold.
