Children spending hours on Television, computer, mobiles and video games is a common scene in houses. Young children suffering from vision problems and wearing spectacles is a matter of concern for parents.
What causes weak Eyesight?
Eyesight going weak with growing age is not a problem. However, suffering from a weak eyesight in early age is a problem. People wonder why their eyesight got weak. Was it genetics? Their parents wear spectacles does it mean they will wear it too? Weak eyesight may run in families. However, what causes eyesight go weak in early age is a combination or any one of the following factors.

Watching too much Television programs
Hours spend on Computer monitors
Lack of nutrients in diet

Excessive exposure to UV rays
Eyesight problems develop so slowly that symptoms do not appear until severe. Improper care of eyes can result into various eye ailments and eventually Blindness. Early detection and treatment can prevent vision loss. Exercise and Herbs are found good in improving vision and preventing loss of vision.
Exercise improves Eyesight
1) Hold a pen or pencil at an arm’s length. Focus on it and bring it slowly close to your nose. Keep focusing on it and now slowly move it farther from your nose. Repeat this ten times a day
.
2) Focus on the tip of your nose without blinking eyes. Continue focusing as long as you feel comfortable. Repeat it five times a day.
3) Roll your eyes in a clockwise direction four to five times. Pause for few seconds and now roll them anti-clockwise four to five times. Repeat this five times a day.

1) Ginkgo Biloba: It is an antioxidant and improves blood circulation to the retina. It prevents eye diseases like Glaucoma and Macular degeneration. Ginkgo Biloba is even a good herbal remedy for Alzheimer Diseases, Poor Blood Circulation and Libido loss in females.
