Description
Esotropia is a disease of the Eyes.
When one or both the Eyes are pointing inwards i.e. towards the Nose. It is known as Crossed Eyes. It may be hereditary. It is observed in children with the problem of low vision in one or both Eyes. It involves convergence of the Eyes, for viewing an object properly. This condition may be continuous or irregular. It may occur in an individual at any age. It is a type of Strabismus i.e. Squint.
