Treatment of cold and cough

dear sir;madam
i have suffer from cold and cough from last three days.
i have take medicine from my doctor as follows
(1) arogya vardhini- one tablet after meal ,thrice a day
(2) sitopaladi churna -half spoon with half spoon honey;after meal,thrice a day
(3) sudarshan churna-mix with sitopaladi churna and take after meal,thrice a day
i have take two spoon of vasa leaf liquid with two spoon honey thrice a day with empty stomach.
i have frequently cold and cough problem
kindly suggest your opinion regarding it.
i have required permanent solution of it.
My nature of job is service and frequent work with site and office job.office is centrally A.C.
Every time cold or cough jamming in my head and i cannot sleep silently.
This problem occur from last two years.
i have suffer from cold,fever and cough during seasonal change every time.
