NEED A CURE and treatment

hi 8 year old female diagnosed with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome in 2016 was on steroids for a 7 month and in remission from 2017 to 2019 relapsed again was given rituximab on march 2020 still relapsing cause unknown done number of tests eosinophils are high every time test showing allergic reactions or parasite infection and hemorrhage at age 4 she a sudden bout of coughing and doctors suppressed her immune system with steroids and looks like immune system is still suppressed need suggestion and treatment is thick she might be allergic to mold haven't done test yet. but did run tuberculosis test its showing active latent, with current infection not to be excluded.Did run MRSA came positive every time tried to treat nose infection she is swelling up on eye lids and kidneys starts and protien loss.
