How to cure bloated stomach

Hi, I am suffering from advance stages of Bile Duct Cancer.
I have symptoms like:
Jaundice
Loss of weight
Bloated stomach
Loss of body muscle
Enlarged spleen
Constipation

As I believe that bloated stomach have made my absorption of nutrients poorer, and I have difficulty in drinking more liquid as it seems like causing the bloated worse. Therefore could you please suggest me any way I can do to treat this.
