How to control type ii diabetes

Hello,
My wife in the age of 45 is a type ii diabetic patient for over 11 years(during pregnency) but still suffer to get it controlled.Her fasting lvl. is 255 & PP being 315.Takes allopathy medicines ,walks a lot but with no result.She uses glucored forte 800mg & voliphage 0.3 twice a day.
Kindly suggest a good herbal medicine to reduce her sugar lvl.
