Herbal Remedies for Anemia

04/15/2014
My daughter is 15 yrs old. Before three months she entered in her puberty age. But what i am noticing from few days, that her skin and eyes are turning pale. She is getting weak. Her weight is also reducing. At first I thought that may be because her menstrual cycle starts, thats why I feel those changes. So i started improving her diet. But last week i got a call from her school. Her class teacher told me that Aabha (my daughter) fainted in the class. She also told me about the hospital where she was taken. I was worried and called my husband. We reach the hospital and met the doctor. He told that my daughter is anemic. I told him that she is having her diet properly. After a genuine conversation he gave us few medicines. After reaching home, my neighbour came to meet Aabha. Then she advised me to go for natural ways instead of medicines. So kindly tell me the best herbal way to cure Anemia.

Hello Mrs.Shweta
I read about your daughter's problem. But its a natural phenomena. Anemia is caused due to the lack of Red Blood Cells (RBC's) in the Blood. So include carrots, Beetroot, Tomato and Apples in her diet. You should also give her Iron rich food like Green leafy vegetables. Give above mentioned food to her at least twice a day. This will definitely work and you will see the output in few days.

Hi Mrs. Shweta
I sympathize with you. Well I agree with Priya. All vegetables that she has mentioned are very good for Anemia. You may add all these Vegetables to her diet. But today's kids are very choosy. Your daughter may not eat all these vegetables. Well I tell u a simple solution. You dip 30 raisins in water at night. Next morning give her those raisins and also give that water to drink. It will definitely help your daughter to increase her blood cells.

Thanks and Regards
Abhinav Khurana.
