Frequent urination

Problem of frequent urination(every 15mins) from 2-3 years
Has habit of masturbation, all my report are normal except grade 1 fatty liver(overweight)
Pain in pelvic region(around base of penis) also early ejaculation , low erection
Pls suggest medicine for same
