Foam in Urine and UTI Permanent cure

I had UTI in february 2020 and took some antibotics with doctors guidance based on m/c/s & urinalysis test result. After completing the drugs i immediately used bought boerhavia diffusa and took it for 8weeks unfortunately i had the UTI reoccured in May 2020 with staplococus aureus as the bacteria present in the m/c/s test and i was placed on 3days injection and 5days antibotics again. However, after two weeks from the treatment i developed foam in urine and my doctor asked me to perform a urinalysis test to confirm present of protein. The test was done and everything was normal. So she advice i increase my water intake to deal with the foam in urine but uptil now it still happen. I have done another m/c/s test recently and no bacteria was found. But i still have foamy urine, its only when my urine is colourless after taking much water that i the foam does not come. Please which herb can be of help in my case as i need to deal with the UTI from reoccuring and also the foamy urine needs to go.
