Almost 7 years I had been with a muscle spasm around the left hand scapula. ( Initially, this pain has started gradually from a series of physical workouts which I had in a Gym) Made X-ray. No issues. I had a course of medication for 01 month to spasm. Later again the pain started while doing hard work with my elbow. Later I made a CT scan shows no issues with bone or disc. However, the uric acid level was high in Blood. The doctor recommended to control it and thus I reduced the intake of Non-Veg. Recently (past 1 year) there is no pain in day to day life. But still I feel some sharp clot points (3 or 4 spots) around the scapula where when we press with the finger the pain is severe. past two days I slowly started to do exercise (Push-up) and found the pain is increasing as like earlier. Would you please suggest a way to completely eradicate this pain and enable me to so exercise as usual.

Dear Suraj, Add a handful of dried Arnica leaves in 1-liter warm water. Soak a cotton cloth in it. Dab the cloth on the affected area. Repeat this 2 to 3 times a day to relax the muscles
