I had a hystorectomy last year and I now I have a prolapsing bladder. I would like to know what type of herbs I can take and what dosage. I am looking for something to tighten the walls of the vagina. I read lots of positive feedback on Curcuma comosa Herb, shatavari herb and kacip fatimah.
