Thank for your help to humanity.

The Pterygium section of the websites prescribed Turmeric 20 grams mixed in 1 Litre of water to be used as eye wash.

Pls. How many times a day & for how long?

Can it be preserved in the fridge?

Oyster Shell was also recommended due to the Calcium Content & Vitamin C. Can one take Vit. C & Calcium food supplements as substitutes?
