Suggest right medicine

Since Last 3 years , I am suffering from liver cirrhosis (Liver and Spleen enlargement) Non Alcoholic. I also have an issue of fluid retention. Platelets are very low. doctors said this is Auto Immune type-1.

Kindly suggest right homeopathic medicine to over come this problem.
