Right testicle shrink any medicne

I am 20 year boy...my right testicle shrink like raisins from 1 month...there is no pain ...i consult family dr they said it is natural.. is it?My CBC and urin report normal.......(mene doctor ko ye nhi batya ki i am doing masterbution from 7-8 year..prone masterbution)....Sir plz suggest what to do
