Seeking advice and remedies for 12 year old boy with cerebral palsy, spastic quadriplegia. He cannot walk, experiencing a lot of weakness in core abdominal muscles so he cannot sit up properly, causing mild kyphosis already. His hands and arms are also weak, shoulder muscles are very tight so he does not have as much arm movement comfortably. He is speaking now (started at age 4), has some drooling problem (very mild), and has developmental delay. He has no other health problems. He is taking fish oil on regular basis which has helped with regular pneumonia problem (no pneumonia since he has started taking fish oil).
Any advice is appreciated to help relax the leg muscles (to reduce knee and back pain) and increase muscle strength.
