How to prevent kidney disease

Dear Sir,
My all family has diabetes & Kidney disease, recently my father has a kidney failure,

I sometimes feel pain in my kidney as well due to small stones but they pass out through urine itself or i drink lemon juice,

Can you please tell some herb drink to have healthy Kidney & Heart.
