My wife age 47 suffering a problem right leg pain due to slip disc L5-S1 since more than one month. She can not walk and seat more than 2 minutes. Solid pain in right leg during walking and seating. If she sleeps pain in normal.

MRI screening
Screening of cervico-dorsal spine (Sagittal t@W images) shows posterior bulging ofC4-C5, C5-C6, D8-D9 , D11-D12 and D12-L1 intervertebral discs causing in. Annular tear is seen at C4-C5 level. Degnerative changes are seen involving all cervical and multiple dorsal intervertebral discs. Spondylotic changes are seen in form of anterior and posterior osteophytes. A small haemangioma is senn in D1 vertebral bodu. No evident siginifcant extradural compression or intrinsci cord abnormality.
IMPRESSION:
The MR findings are - Diffuse posterior bugling wit postero-central protrusion of L5-S1 intervertebral disc causing compression over ventral aspect of lumber dural theca and bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots.

At presetnt she is taking at multi speciality physiathrapist under doctor - daily 2 hours since 10 days. But no result. Please suggest effective herbal so that she can walk and seat.

in my farm the large no of tree are yellow so i need manegment about that desease
