It is biennial.

Woad General

Woad is commonly known as Dyer's Woad. The root of Woad possesses Antibiotic properties.
It boosts the Immune System. It is used for treatment of Flu, Fever, Tonsillitis, Sore Throat, Herpes, Hepatitis and Skin Infections.
The leaves possess Antiinflammatory, Anticancer and Antibacterial property. It inhibits the growth of Cancer cells. The leaves are used both internally and externally. It also treats spasms in children.
Woad is a detoxifier. It treats infectious conditions like Mumps and Coughing of Blood.
Single Herb

Woad Leaf for Sore Throat

Prepare a tea of Woad Leaf. Take it twice a day.

Woad Leaf for Hepatitis

Boil the leaves for 10-15 minutes. Take two glasses three times a day.

50 gram Woad
40 gram Honeysuckle

Make a decoction with them. Drink 10 ml of it twice a day.

Hello, I have just bought 'Isatis Indigotica Tea 100g, Featured Isatis Dry Root, Pure Natural Ban Lan Gen' and am just wondering how much to put in a tea, I was prescribed this a while ago for a chest infection and I recovered very quickly after taking it
