Description

Winter Melon is a fruit of a vine.

Materia Medica for Winter Melon

Single Herb

Winter Melon for Anemia

Take fruits. Grind them. Add sugar according to your taste. Take one tablespoon twice a day.

Winter Melon for Debility

Grind the fruit of Winter Melon. Add sugar according to your taste. Take one tablespoon twice a day.

Winter Melon for Dandruff

Take seeds. Crush them properly. Boil two tablespoon powder in one cup coconut oil untill they turn red. Strain it. Apply on the scalp daily.

Winter Melon for Baldness

Take seeds. Crush them properly. Boil two tablespoon powder in one cup coconut oil untill they turn red. Strain it. Apply on the scalp daily.

Winter Melon for Tapeworms

Take seeds. Remove seed coat. Fry one tablespoon seeds in ghee. Eat them daily

Winter Melon for Obesity

Take some raw fruits. Wash them properly with fresh water. Peel them off. Cut the fruits. Remove the seeds. Boil them. Squeeze and add equal quantity of water. You may add a little salt. Drink it twice a day.
Caution : No food Should be eaten for 4 hours after consuming the juice.

Take three table spoon pulp of Winter Melon. Add Conch Grass in equal quantity. Prepare a decoction. Have 1/2 cup two times a day.

Indian Gooseberry ( Amla in India ) is high in Vitamin C which reduces Inflammation due to Nose bleed. The coagulant property of Winter Melon ( Petha in India ) inhibits Nose Bleeding.
Take 1 tablespoon of fresh Winter Melon juice. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Indian Gooseberry juice in it. Have it twice daily for 2 to 3 weeks.
