Wild Indigo General

Wild Indigo or Baptisia or Baptisia Tinctoria is a member of legume family. They are also known as Wild Indigo plants. The well known Indigo dye is obtained from Baptisia Tinctoria.

My wife is the patient of IBS without diarrhea as per doctor diagnosed in Saudi Arabia .she feel heaviness after taking water and gas after eating food even though it is not spicy, she is suffering this from since 7 years.there is no bloody stool she has only pain and heaviness weight loss .Give me the best answer and treatment

Increase fiber in diet: oat bran ,oats flour, whole wheat ,chia seeds, flax seeds, Banana, almond cake ( badaam ki khali) , almond oil, also use barberry and baptisia tinctures to clear candida infection and heat from large intestine. These things have worked for me. I suffered from IBS for two years. NOW there is no diarrea any more .Alhamdolilah

My query is about Sarphooka (Wild Indigo). This herb is effective in Enlarged Prostate?
Corn silk and sarphooka (wild indigo) boiled in one cup of water and drink it as a tea is
very effective for urinarytrac disorder and for enlarged prostate.
