The roots of Trianthema Portulacastrum ( Horse Purslane ) are Abortifacient in nature. It possesses Emmenagogue and Stomachic properties. It treats Amenorrhoea, Asthma and obstructions of the Liver. The roots treat Corneal itching, Eye Inflammation and Weak Eyesight.
Powdered form of root treats Venereal discharge. Its infusion is used for Constipation.
Leaves of the plant possess Diuretic action. It is used for the treatment of Edema, Strangury and Dropsy. Leaves are used for Wound dressing.
Dried leaves are used for the treatment of Gonorrhea.
The decoction is used as Vermifuge. It treats Rheumatism and is used as an antidote for Alcoholic Poisoning.
It is essential for the treatment of Arthritis.

Dear Chaitali
I recommend you to please consult a doctor and go for a planned surgery. Because if the stones are bis in size and you try to flush them out, there might be chances of emergency. The stone may get stuck in the neck of the Gallbladder, which may cause fatal results.
And for the English name of Patharchatta, you may scroll up and can find the name there.

Yes, patthar chatta is a great herb to remove kidney stone. Gokharu and Varun are another very very effective herb for curing Kidney Stones. Take Varuna capsule, one everyday for a month. Stone breaker is another very good herb for our wife.
i would suggest that she should take Drumstick soup everyday for a month.
Gokharu capsules, everyday , once a day for 20 days. Punarnava extract , 10 drops of this water extract form.

I have a 20 mm stone in gall bladder n 3 to 4 stones in both d kidneys. I'm consuming patharchatta since a week..will it help?
Got my right kidney operated in June 2016 only . Also I'm diabetic n hv thyroid

It is very rare that the stones in the gall bladder are removed.
You may Berberis Vulgaris tincture for that. In case the size of the stones increase, there might be a problem, as the stones might get stuck in the neck of the bladder. The best thing to do is to get it removed by planned surgery. For stones in Kidney, take Varuna capsules. One every day for a month. This will dissolve the stones present in the Kidney. Take Land Caltrops capsules, on daily for a month .Do not take Patharchatta

Please give your father Apple Cider Vinegar. One tablespoon in half glass of water,twice a day.
Buy Varuna capsules for him, give him one daily.
You mean Ureter, right ?
Also, stonebreaker herb can be given to him daily. Give him 30 ml juice of the leaves of this plant or buy the capsules.

hi,

im facing kidney stones from 3 years it forms and falls in the urine with lots of pain, and again now im having 4mm in left and 3mm and 4mm in right kidneys. and I have used homeo treatment for 1 year still no result.

I have pattarchatt plant in my house, going forward can I use this herb on daily basis and is there any side effects If I use for years and years.

Drink the juice of this herb, 2 tablespoons every day. Take it for 15 days. Along with this, take Land Caltrops capsules, one everyday for a month.
Eat Varuna capsules, one daily for a month. This is known to dissolve the gravels and the stones. Take 2 tea spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar daily for a month.

Harjot. Kalanchoe Pinnata is a herb used to cure stones. Since you are breastfeeding, I think you must not take it. You should always talk to your healthcare provider before you try any medication when you are nursing.

I have two stones of 2.7mm and 3mm in my left kidney.. i also have UTI and gas problem I am taking antibiotics medicines , finlith ayurvedic syrup and berberis vulgaris...

Yes, you may take pattharchatta remedy for Kidney stones. For UTI take Cranberries. 5 every day for a month
Also take Berberis Vulgaris tincture. 5 drops every day.
Have 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar every day for a month.

Hepatitis B is a problem of the Liver. To bring the liver back to the state of normal, You have to follow the course mentioned below. Drink two table spoon of Radish juice for one week. Take Milk Thistle for ten days. You may take capsules also. It is easily available in the market.
Take 1/4th of Sugarcane juice. Add 1/2 cup of Curd into it. Eat it for 15 days. This course will tone up your liver and help in treating Hbv.

Hi i have been diagnosed with kidney stones, i have delivered baby 1.5 month back (c-section). Can I consume pattharchatta leaves? My baby is on breastfeed. Is it safe for baby if take patharchatta leave? Will it help in dissolving stones?what should be the dosage? How much time will it take to dissolve d stones( i have 10 stones size ranging from 2mm to 7mm). Last week i had cystoscopy and stent was put as i got severe pain coz one stone had come in ureter.

See, the stone can be dissolved with herb Varuna, one capsule every day for a month. Horse gram soup, one bowl every day for a month and Apple Cider Vinegar. But, since you are breastfeeding your baby, it might not be safe to take these. Only take these herbs once you are done with breastfeeding your baby. you may breastfeed your baby for 6 more months. Horsegram soup can be taken though.

Do you suffer from High Bp or Low Bp. For Stone, take Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 teas[poon, twice in a day for a month. Also take Varuna capsules, one every day for a month. This will dissolve the stones and flush the gravel out of the Kidneys.

You may try the following herbs. These herbs will support the kidneys. 1. Buy Tribulus Terrestris tincture from a Homeopathy shop and give 10 drops 3 times in a day to your husband.
2. Give 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar 2 times in a day.
3. Buy Tinospora Cordifolia from a Homeopathy shop and give him 10 drops in a glass of water 2 times in a day.
4. Buy Boerhavia Diffusa extract and give him 10 drops in a glass of water 2 times in a day.
For thyroid problem you may try Thyroidinum 3X and Ashwagnadha.
