My 21 year old daughter suffers for ovarian chists. she has terrible menses pain ans she is worried about not getting pregnant.
I red your page on this matter and you recommend several remedies. Which one dou you think is more effective? Ashoka, Chaste Berry, Manjakani, Stripped Cucumber?
Which one would be easier to find in an herbshop in Portugal?

The most effective herbs are Ashoka and Chaste Berry. See, the choice of herb depends on you. I started with Ashoka and got great results, within 45 days. If it does not help, then you can go on with Chaste berry. This is what I found here on this website, try this----- You may take 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of Ashoka leaves juice early morning on an empty stomach with 100 ml water. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes. Ashoka leaves balance the hormones in the female body, It repairs the inner Uterus lining, regulates the menstrual cycle. It will improve the ovarian functioning, strengthen the reproductive system. Chaste berry can be taken after taking Ashoka for a month.
