Hey Namaratha. It can be used for ligament and bone health. You can use Maida lakdi powder. Add a half teaspoon in a glass of warm milk. Drink it for a few days, probably 4-5 days.
Did you have any injury or you just want to take the strengthening herbs?

I am seeking information and medical advise for an old case in which the patient had a harsh impact on reaching Ground while conducting Parachute Jumps in armed forces in which he had undergone fractures and surgeries have been carried out and steel rod also have been fixed few years back. But the patient is still gets excruciating pain inadvertently. Can Maida Lakdi be used for the same. If so how to administer and what would be the dosage and how long it has to be taken. Is there any known adverse effects for the Herb and its administration?

Secondly is the herb beneficial for Arthritis , Rheumatic Arthritis and with symptoms of Osteoporosis cases while under allopathic treatment.

Dear Col Abraham Jacob The pain you experience can be because of the surgery. If proper rest and precautions are not taken after surgery, it might give you problems later. In this case, you must get a physical diagnose done and consult your Health care provider. You can write back after diagnosis. Herbs can be followed depending on that. Maida Lakdi is effective for Arthritis and pains. However, you can visit the individual pages of ailments you mentioned for herbal cures. Write back in the forum for further assistance.

I am suffering from osteoarthritis detected in August 2020 (feeling pain in left knee since Jun 2020). X ray report shows gap of knee joint is decreasing. I can not walk without wearing knee cap now a days. I am taking maida lakdi powder (following the advice of some friends) since Dec 2020. Pain is not reducing. What should I do to regain the strength of my knee.
Please advise.
