Description

Lemon Zest is the peel of a lemon.
It is rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre.

How to eat a Lemon peel
There are three different ways by which you can prepare your lemon peel.
Keep your lemon in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take it out and grate it. Sprinkle the grated lemon zest on your meals. You can also put it in your drinks.
Or
Without freezing, grate the outside portion of your lemon. Sprinkle the grated lemon zest on your meals or in your drinks.
Or
Put your lemon in the freezer for one hour. After one hour, lemon will become hard. Now grate the lemon with a zester. Mix lemon zest in water and drink.
