Jasmine Essential Oil is processed from the Jasmine flowers. It can be used topically and aromatically.
The aroma of this oil calms the body and the mind. Its Calming, Sedative and Antidepressant nature help to deal with Depression, Stress, Insomnia, Fatigue and Anxiety. It eliminates the negative feeling and refreshes the mind. It promotes emotional balance and well-being.

Add 3 to 4 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil in the diffuser.
OR : Put 4 to 6 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil in warm bathing water. Soak your body in it for 15 to 20 minutes. This helps to treat Depression.

Jasmine Essential Oil for Acne

Jasmine Essential Oil contains Benz aldehyde. This nutrient helps to control the excessive sebum production and treats Acne.
Add 2 to 3 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil in 5 to 4 drops of any carrier oil ( Jojoba oil ). Mix well and apply on the affected area. Gently massage. Repeat this twice a day to cure Acne.

Jasmine Essential Oil for Insomnia

Jasmine Essential Oil for Anxiety

Bergamot Essential Oil : 2 drops
Jasmine Essential Oil : 2 drops
Neroli Essential Oil : 2 drops
Clary Sage Essential Oil : 2 drops

Combine all the above Oils. Mix them well. Gently massage with this Oil blend over your body for 20 minutes. Do this daily.
