For weight loss ?
I do not think the herb has got any relevance with obesity. Fenugreek- Add a pinch of fenugreek powder to your meals and salad everyday.
Drink 3 cups of Green tea everyday for 2 to 3 months.
Avoid fatty, oily and junk food, also reduce your intake of sweets.
Drink Cumin Water. Boil 1 teaspoon of Cumin in water for 10 minutes. Strain it and drink it luke warm by adding a teaspoon of honey and lemon. Drink this until to see the desired results. This is a slow process, but yes it is very effective.
