Dear Mr. M R Raj

Piles is a disease of Anus and Rectum and is the consequence of Liver Disorders. To address the Liver, we suggest you to do the following,

For 3 days, take Radish juice early morning, on an empty stomach.

Take half a cup of curd, mix it with sugarcane juice, drink it for 2 weeks.

Take one capsule of Milk Thistle daily for at least a month. It is not easily available in the market. So, if you have a hard time procuring the Herb, you may try Dandelion ( Kanphul ) tincture or raw leaves.

After 15 days, again start with Radish juice.

Do not consume alcohol. Avoid oily and spicy food.
Hard stool can be softened by consuming Isabgol and Trifala at night.
