Take the following herbs in equal quantity :
Agarwood : Agar
Vetiver : Khas Khas
Saffron : Kesar
Benzoin : Loban
Camphor : Kapur
Symplocos Racemosa : Lodhra
Nut Grass : Nagarmotha
Grind them together. Rub for 20 minutes over body daily.
