How or what can I take naturally to lower blood pressure and possibly STOP taking bp meds?

Dear Tammie
For High Blood Pressure, start taking Giloy English name- Tinospora Cordifolia ( Homeopathic medicine ). Take 2 drops daily twice a day, once in the morning and other before evening.

OR

Take a decoction of Giloy. Put 1 small piece of Giloy stick in 1 cup of water. Boil till it remains half. Have this decoction twice a day. Once in the morning and other before evening.
Since it is known to lower blood pressure, avoid taking it late evening. DO NOT STOP taking the allopathic medicines that you were already taking instantly.
Reduce the allopathic dosage slowly while taking the herbal/ homeopathic medicine. Keep a regular check of your Blood pressure and pulse rate readings.
Consult your health care practitioner for medication.

** For Cough, please answer a few questions:
1. Is it Dry Cough or with Phlegm?
2. Do you have it at all times of the day or it aggravates at a particular time in the day?

Dear Abishiekh,
The causes of Epilepsy may vary from , Brain Injury or a clot, Genes, Hormones, Brain stroke, abnormal level of sodium to some infectious disease. Since, we do not know the cause, it is best that you go for the safer herbs for her like, Guava leaves, Black Cumin and Chinese Garlic. ANd to answer your question, yes, the bark extract of Annona Senegalensis can be used to treat seizures, as it has anticonvulsant properties, but the amount of dosage for your mother and its side effects can not be confirmed by us, as hers is the chronic case. SO, if you wish to try this herb, consult an expert in Ayurveda, who has experience with this Herb, then and then only try this herb.
