My daughter has C.O.P.D. and is on a blood thinner. Is it safe for her to take Angelica extract from Angelica archangelica Leaf Extract?

No. Please do not. This herb is a natural anti coagulant and thus , not at all recommended for those who are on blood thinning medicines. However, you may give her Dandelion decoction for COPD. Indian gooseberry is also an effective herb to cure COPD.
