my mother 's aged 52-53 years widow, she has high blood pressure, No sugar, her soles are always burn at night ,

she has alergic cough from many years, now i have seen that her cough started whenever her BP raised. she is on her manpausal period at the moment, mashallah she is very active in house hold work but she is only issue of bp and cough.
