Materia Medica for Achiote

Single Herb

Achiote for Diabetes

Take out the sap from the fruit of Annato. Take two tablespoon two times day.

Achiote as an Expectorant

Extract the pulp of Achiote seed. Make its decoction. Consume 10 ml of it two times a day.

Achiote for Prostate Enlargement

Boil 8 to 10 dried leaves in 1 liter water for 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup daily either warm or cold 3 times a day after meals.
