Hello Pooja Please have cold potency food items. Pith or rash can occur because of internal body heat. Also, it can be from some allergy. I suggest you have a blood test done for bacterial or viral infection. Try having Yogurt daily. It is very healthy and fights off the bad bacteria in the body. Add some black pepper to it.

Dear Arvind,
We advise you to go for a physical diagnose first. It is possible that you are allergic to something and it happens after consuming that, or it can be from a bug bite or it can be an underlying infection that is being expelled by the body through the skin.
* Do you have a fever with Rashes?
* Any other physical or clinical symptom with Rashes?
However, a physical diagnose is a must in this case. Also, you must get a blood test done to check for bacterial infection and allergy.
Write back after a physical check-up and we will recommend a herbal cure as per that.
