Premenstrual Syndrome is a disease of the Female Reproductive Organs.

The Physical, Mental and Behavior changes of a female, just a few days before her menses is considered as PMS ( Pre Menstrual Syndrome ). As the name indicates, it begins before Periods and goes away once the menstrual bleeding begins.
PMS is not a disease itself, but is a variety of symptoms that occurs in many women from 2 to 14 days before the menstrual period starts.

Roast one teaspoon of Sesame seeds. Take it with one teaspoon of Raisins before dinner.
