Description
Ear Discharge is a disease of the Ears.
An infection of the ear caused by bacteria and virus is Ear Discharge.
It may be external, in the middle or internal ear. It may cause Pain and Inflammation. The pale yellow fluid flows out of the ears.
Types of Otorrhea
Purulent Otorrhea: It may be caused by acute and chronic suppurative otitis media, malignant otitis or Swimmer’s ear.
Non-purulent otorrhea: It is Swimmer’s ear, CNS fluid leakage or invasive otitis externa.
Bloody otorrhea: It may be caused by trauma to the external canal or middle ear, barotrauma, foreign body.

Materia Medica for Otorrhea
Single Herb Crush fruit of Tree Cotton to obtain juice. Use it as an Ear drop.
Crush leaves of Balloon Vine to obtain juice. Use it as an Ear drop.
Helicteres Isora as an Ear Drop
Crush the pods of Helicteres Isora. Heat it in Castor oil. Strain. Use it as Ear Drops.
Heat the leaf juice of Common Milk Hedge. Use it as an Ear drop when bearable hot.
Heat the stem of Winged Treebine over low Flame. Extract its juice. Use it as an Ear Drop.
Black Cumin for Ears
Heat 10 g Black Cumin seeds in 30 ml Mustard oil. Use it as an Ear drop when bearable hot.
Put 2 drops of Jasmine oil in the affected ear.
It will provide relief from Ear Pain and Ear Drainage.

Take the roots of Boerhavia Diffusa, Spermacoce Hispida and bark of Sweet Potato. Grind them. Boil the powder in mustard oil. Coot it and filter. Use it slightly warm as ear drop twice a day.

Sodom ( Madar ) leaves juice, Sesame Oil ( Til Ka Tel ), powder of Sweet Flag ( Ghorvach ), Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) and Garlic ( Lehsun ). Add 12 g Asafoetida ( Hing ) powder in it. Boil until it gets thick. Filter through a piece of cloth. Cool it and use as an ear drop.
