Heat Exhaustion is a disease of the Whole Body.
The condition in which the body gets too hot and is unable to cool itself is known as Heat Exhaustion.

Hypothalamus is a part of the brain which controls the body temperature. The body temperature rises in hot conditions or during a physical workout. Normally, the body keeps itself cool by the way of sweating. In Heat Exhaustion the body gets too hot, profuse sweating occurs, the body losses excessive water along with electrolytes. The body is unable to get rid of the heat and fails to cool itself.

Immediately, get out of the hot environment

Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks
If the condition is not improving visit a Doctor

Materia Medica for Heat Exhaustion

Onion for Heat Exhaustion

Consume raw Onion either in chutney or salad form daily in you diet.

Tamarind for Heat Exhaustion

Soak half cup of Tamarind pulp in one cup of hot water for 20 minutes. Strain it and add sugar to taste. Have it daily.

Mango for Heat Exhaustion

Roast a raw Mango. Peel it and wash with fresh water. Mash it with one glass of cold water and filter it. Add half teaspoon each of Sugar, powdered Black Pepper, roasted Cumin powder and Rock Salt in it. Mix them well. Drink it once a day.

Plum for Heat Exhaustion

Soak 3-4 Plums in water for 6 hours. Mash the soaked plum with one glass of water and filter it. Drink it twice daily.

Crush Basil leaves with Sandalwood Powder and make a paste with water. Apply this mixture on the forehead.
It will reduce the body heat.

Aloe Vera for Heat Exhaustion

Extract the pulp from the Aloe Vera leaf. Blend it with one glass of water. Drink it once a day.

Sandalwood for Heat Exhaustion

Mix 1 tablespoon each of Sandalwood powder and Rose water. Apply it on your forehead and leave it for 30 minutes. Repeat the process daily.
